About the Author

Born in New Delhi, India, Sanjeev migrated to USA in 1982, at the age of 23. Before coming to the USA, he had completed his Electrical Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering, and worked briefly for Siemens in New Delhi.

When in USA, Sanjeev took on different starter jobs for first few months till he landed a position at Unilux, Inc in Hackensack, NJ. That is where his career developed under the strong leadership of President Bill Blethen. Sanjeev traveled the world, many times over, training others and setting up satellite offices. After growing the department many folds, he decided to pursue a different career and went into real estate in 1992 and then never looked back.

His hard work and commitment to serve clients with a WOW made him an overnight success. He received many awards and recognitions for his work. He served at many levels in local, state and national levels and was named ‘Realtor of the Year’ by New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2004.

Sanjeev has read many books and attended many seminars. He says, "If we are not growing, we are dying" and he pursues becoming the very best at all times. A true positive thinker, he never sees a glass half empty. He has experienced continued personal, professional and financial success through his winning combination of attitude and generosity.

And now his dream is to help others grow and meet the needs of those who need the resources, specially the poor kids. He says "I have been blessed with a lot, by Krishna’s mercy, and now it is time to give back" (he actually calls it return back, as returning keeps it humble).

Sanjeev lives in New Jersey with his parents, wife, and two kids, a daughter and a son. You can reach him by e-mailing him at sanjeev@sanjeevaneja.com.
